Bob Reynolds, President
Bob Reynolds’ vision of a new dynamic in kids’ research came to fruition in his founding of KidSay in 1993. Using 13 years experience in working with schools/education, Bob realized that he was uniquely positioned to help the corporate and school communities establish mutually beneficial relationships.
Through KidSay’s network of 1000’s of schools and youth organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico, companies have found a way to speak to kids on their turf. This unique infrastructure and research approach provides information that is as fresh, accurate and reliable as any methodology available.
Many of the world’s leading kid-focused companies (including food, beverage, entertainment, toys/games, clothing, ad agencies, health & beauty, etc.) have recognized KidSay’s unique quality. Currently, KidSay meets their needs by providing them with cutting edge qualitative and quantitative research.
Ever on the forefront of all things kid related, KidSay’s Trend Tracker is one way KidSay helps clients gain a true picture of the ever-changing world of America’s youth. In addition to the regular Tracker KidSay also produces the Latino Trend Tracker, African American Tracker and regular reports of moms of younger kids. Debbie Stefenatos, Project Director/Production Manager
As Project Director for KidSay, Debbie oversees the production of the KidSay Trend Tracker. Her expertise includes questionnaire design and planning, sample monitoring, recruitment, field operations, data collection, data processing and analysis. Debbie moderates and manages many of the qualitative projects as well. In the past, Debbie served as Market Research Consultant for Applied Marketing Research, Inc., and Director of Special Projects for Blair Television

Terence Burke, Director of Qualitative Research
Terence has spent a lifetime in the world of children. Having started out as a kid himself, he progressed to merely acting like one (something he’s still happily guilty of). Then came teaching them, parenting them, and now, researching them for America’s leading companies. As Director of Qualitative Research, Terence is responsible for designing and implementing a wide array of studies, conducted in over 100 cities nation-wide, including ideation sessions, immersion techniques, and traditional product reviews are KidSay also utilizes Terence’s experience and training, including a Masters Degree in Therapeutic Education and 13 years of clinical team teaching, to help companies tailor quantitative studies to best suit the various developmental levels of kids. Lastly, as a driving force behind KidSay’s Trend Tracker reports (Editor-in-Chief) and its other reports, Terence stays keenly aware of what's happening with America's kids.

Keith Murphy, Director of Quantitative Research
Keith has thirty years of experience in designing and directing marketing research, intelligence, and trend information for three of the top US companies. Before joining KidSay he was a senior manager for M&M Mars for two decades and was awarded the company’s top annual honor for ground-breaking research behind several successful new product launches. Keith is director of quantitative research at KidSay and has enjoyed great success since joining KidSay in 2003. Keith has his MBA in Market Research from Indiana University and also lectures at leading universities and conferences.

Gene T. Chavez, Ed. D., Director of Latino Research Manager
For the past 7 years Dr. Chavez has managed research projects that not only require translating and conducting in Spanish but helping companies understand the key issues of this fast growing segment of the US. He is also a contributor to the Latino Trend Tracker and travels on behalf of KidSay to national Latino conferences and meetings. Dr. Chavez is internationally recognized as an expert in helping others understand Latino diversity and bilingual/bicultural experiences.
For the past 7 years Dr. Chavez has managed research projects that not only require translating and conducting in Spanish but helping companies understand the key issues of this fast growing segment of the US. Chris Meyers, Program Analyst/Webmaster
Chris has two bachelor's degrees and has several years experience teaching and running a private school. He also has several years experience managing servers, programming and designing websites. As KidSay’s Webmaster and Program Analyst, Chris is responsible for designing and programming for KidSay Trend Tracker, Latino Trend Tracker, African American Trend Tracker, and other kids/moms reports.

Becky Meyers, Data Entry Manager
Becky has worked for KidSay for 3 years. Some of her duties include checking in data collection instruments from the field and tabulating the sample by age,gender, geographic region and ethnicity. Becky is also responsible for creating spreadsheets for data entry as well as entering and cleaning all data.
